About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with customers via phone to provide effective customer service, resolving issues, and collaborating with the team to meet performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries on Dynamic Funds products and services, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and act as a liaison between clients and other Dynamic Centres of Excellence.
  • Analyze accounts, determine follow-up actions, and respond to customers' needs.
  • Strive to exceed qualitative and quantitative performance standards in an inbound call-center environment.
  • Maintain familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Work on special projects as required.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance or related studies (strong asset).
