District Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our team of Store Managers in driving profitable sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of Store Managers to achieve sales and operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular talent reviews and build development and succession plans for Store Managers and associates
- Provide expertise on key customer issues, store standards, and operational issues
- Deliver financial results by achieving sales plans and controlling payroll and other costs
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and analyze results to identify root causes
- Drive operational consistency and excellence through regular store visits and coaching
- Ensure standards are maintained and corporate policies are enforced
- Communicate opportunities and issues with Store Support Centre and other partners
- 3+ years' experience as a District or Area Manager in retail
- 5+ years' Store Management experience
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field
- Proven ability to deliver results and drive sales growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make timely decisions
