About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Relations Executive to join our team at Wachsman. As a key member of our Public Relations department, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our Public Relations campaigns and providing exceptional support to our senior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day account work for clients, supporting the development and implementation of Public Relations strategies.
  • Support senior staff members with daily internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, and social media management.
  • Coordinate media relations efforts, including media list development, drafting press materials, and daily media monitoring and reporting.
  • Contribute to content development and track the success of our social media campaigns.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for story ideas and angles.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling, preparing for client calls, creating agendas, reports, and action items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of internship or relevant experience in Public Relations or communications; agency environment strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
  • Motivated to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, such as blockchain and Web3, is a plus.
