About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Relations Manager to join our team at Fidelity Investments. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our employment relations strategy and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employment relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on employment-related matters
  • Investigate and resolve employment-related complaints and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in employment relations or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employment relations strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bilingual skills (English and French) required
