About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Governance Treasury team at National Bank Financial Markets. As a governance specialist, you will play a key role in serving as a risk management and profitability expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Document Treasury Activities
- Identify and Implement Governance Principles and Standards
- Assess and Structure Decision-Making Processes
- Support the Team in Planning and Prioritization
- Oversee Business Governance and Best Practices
- Integrate Business Strategy into Risk Management Framework
About the Team
You will be part of a team of five colleagues reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Governance, Treasury and Pension Fund. Our team is known for its cross-functional role with Treasury financing and investment trading teams, and we take pride in delivering high-quality results in a collaborative and enriching work environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 Years of Relevant Experience or Master's Degree and 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
- Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to Synthesize Information
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Documentation Tools such as Confluence and Viadee
