Position Overview

The Associate Director of Creative Strategy will work in tandem with Creative Directors to spearhead the development of innovative concepts. This role is essential in crafting and tailoring integrated marketing campaigns aimed at both regional and national clientele, with a specific emphasis on initiatives designed for the Quebec market.

You will be responsible for guiding teams that include art directors, copywriters, and design/production experts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective management.

This role presents a unique opportunity to refine your leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities. You will engage directly with clients, setting the creative vision, articulating concepts, and generating groundbreaking ideas based on the briefs provided.

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in concept creation, design, and copywriting within advertising agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in relevant creation tools and software.
  • Capability to adapt swiftly and respond effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with the motion design process is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering persuasive client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the Quebec market and experience collaborating with national teams.
