About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Associate Director of Enrolment and Admissions. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of Trafalgar School for Girls.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive admissions strategy to attract and retain high-quality students.
  • Manage the admissions process, including inquiry and application data, follow-up processes, and eligibility inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the school registrar to ensure timely and accurate collection of data related to student retention.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing and Communications to conceptualize and implement innovative strategies and tactics that drive market awareness and demand for the school's programs and offerings.

Enrolment and Strategy:

  • Develop long-term enrolment and retention strategies to ensure each class is filled with and retains qualified students.
  • Identify emerging and new markets for prospective recruiting and changing trends in student recruitment.
  • Stay apprised of market insight to drive strategic decisions and monitor local, national, and international enrolment trends.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to provide enrollment forecasting and enrollment management planning.

Administration:

  • Work closely with the school registrar to ensure timely and accurate collection of data related to student retention.
  • Maintain and utilize Blackbaud technology to nurture and manage client relations.
  • Partner with Finance to develop tuition and financial aid policies designed to maximize new student enrolment and current student retention.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar advanced degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, preferably in a private/independent school, is required. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership success, organizational management skills, and analytical skills involving data, budgets, and social media. Fluency in English and French is essential.
