About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ARLYN TRANSPORTATION INC. As an Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
    • Ensure that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Support
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Resolve conflict situations and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
