Job Description

Aegion, a leading global provider of infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced Water Rehabilitation Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and operational direction for the planning, design, and operation of rehabilitative and inspection projects.
  • Review project estimates and conduct site visits to assess traffic requirements and work shifts.
  • Update project systems with findings from site visits and discuss any issues with the Project Manager.
  • Discuss safety concerns with the PM, GS, and Safety Manager.
  • Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings as needed.
  • Apply for necessary permits and assist field crews with delivering 48-hour notices to residents when required.
  • Ensure construction operations are well-organized and coordinated.
  • Maintain strong working relationships at job sites with field leadership and crews.
  • Communicate with Regional Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and other field crews regarding project parameters, changes, and issues.
  • Act as liaison between field and office teams.
  • Perform regular site visits to assess project progress and crew productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certificate, Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering Degree, or Technical Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of related field construction management experience.
  • Approximately 30% travel required.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and assign work for crews, including training and communication updates.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases, as well as experience with Microsoft Project and JD Edwards software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give presentations.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package, career advancement opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
