Warranty Administrator Job Description

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty claims process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Review and analyze warranty claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with service teams to resolve warranty claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient warranty claim processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in warranty claim management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership or warranty administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty claim management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
