About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Public Affairs Strategist. In this role, you will provide senior-level counsel to our clients, drive business growth, and lead the day-to-day management of significant client mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive public affairs strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives
  • Manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated communication plans
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, with a strong understanding of Ontario's public sector
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations
  • Knowledge of the financial, transportation, or energy sectors is an asset
