About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Public Affairs Strategist. In this role, you will provide senior-level counsel to our clients, drive new business opportunities, and manage significant client mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public affairs strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives
  • Manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and policy developments that impact our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in public policy and regulatory affairs
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving results in the public sector
  • Strong understanding of the Ontario provincial and municipal governments, as well as provincial agencies and organizations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
