About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Public Affairs Strategist. In this role, you will provide senior-level counsel to our clients, drive business growth, and lead the day-to-day management of significant client mandates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive public affairs strategies to drive business results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and community organizations
  • Manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and policy developments that impact our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated communication strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, with a focus on Ontario
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving business growth in the public sector
  • Strong understanding of the financial, transportation, or energy sectors, with knowledge of key players and trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, with a focus on building a strong public affairs practice
