Area Revenue Manager

At Accor, we're committed to excellence and innovation in the hospitality industry. As an Area Revenue Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability across our Pacific Northwest hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize profitability across our 5 hotels in the Pacific Northwest.
- Collaborate with our revenue management team to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Chair weekly revenue meetings to optimize pricing and revenue management decisions.
- Work closely with our marketing teams to ensure effective exposure of our offers and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze competitive pricing and yield strategies to stay ahead of the market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our distribution partners to ensure efficient delivery of reservations.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement creative solutions to drive additional revenue streams.
- Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Fairmont Sales & Property Management automation, including Property Manager, CRS, OXI Interfaces, Passkey, Opera products, and IDeaS revenue management system.
- University/College degree in a related discipline, such as hospitality, business, or finance.
- A competitive annual salary commensurate with experience, starting at $80,000.
