Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Wildpine Residence Inc. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will work approximately 32-44 hours per week.

About the Role

This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as supplying and emptying bed pans, taking patients' vital signs, and delivering messages between departments. You will also be expected to maintain inventory of supplies, bathe, dress, and groom patients, and transport them between care facilities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising patients' exercise routines and maintaining their rooms;
  • Answering call signals to determine patients' needs and administering first aid in emergency situations;
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and participating in teamwork;
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful work environment;
  • Following safety protocols and adhering to workplace standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed college or CEGEP with a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of one to two years. Additionally, you must have two years of experience working in a similar field and possess strong communication skills.

Work Environment

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $54,000-$64,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
