Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available for commuting to work.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
