Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, including taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintenance and Organization: Operate machinery, maintain inventory, and organize the production area to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other production team members to meet production demands and achieve quality goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related production environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
As a Bakery Production Specialist at Cobs Bread, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, to meet production demands.
