Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Brio Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, and bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and operate machinery as needed.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, and ensure that products are delivered to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
