Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at T Bishop Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, prepare special orders, and draw up production schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
- Maintenance and Equipment: Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Our bakery is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work in a team are essential.
- Transportation: Own transportation is required for occasional travel to suppliers or other locations.
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in your work.
- Team Player: You will be working as part of a team, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Reliability: You must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
