Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at T Bishop Bakery Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced bakery environment and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking and Mixing: Bake mixed dough and batters, ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Special Orders and Scheduling: Prepare special orders and draw up production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Quality Control and Maintenance: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and operate machinery as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bakery or related environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: The ability to own transportation is preferred.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will be accurate, dependable, and a team player with good judgement and reliability.
