Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production
    • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
    • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
    • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Bake shop or café environment.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
