Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Isaan Der-Thai Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations and Logistics: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
