About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Sienna Living. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in supporting our hardware refresh project and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to our team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
  2. Configure and deploy new desktops and laptops, and coordinate with team members to migrate data and software.
  3. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware, and coordinate the purchasing and delivery of equipment to our sites across Canada.
  4. Familiarity with supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Online, as well as imaging devices and migrating operating systems.
  5. Build strong relationships with our communities, IT team, and service desk customers.
  6. Track and monitor end-user IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and frequent communication.
  7. Install, maintain, manage, service, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, operating systems, desktop PCs, printers, and laptops issues.
  8. Contribute to the management of Office 365, Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, and other IT tools, as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in a Computer Related Field from a University, College, or Technical School.
  2. Experience in providing remote support in a Service Desk Environment, assisting users via various channels.
  3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge in supporting iOS mobile devices.
  4. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  5. Superb attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
