About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Construction Division. As a key member of our Software Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our software solutions and their applications in the construction industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of software applications and their uses in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business administration) an asset.
