Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at PUMA. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and stockroom organization.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a high level of visual appeal and meeting PUMA standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Attend and participate in training programs, loss prevention education, and awareness programs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail environment, preferably in the apparel or footwear industry.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, provide high levels of customer service, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and move about the store, with occasional lifting and bending.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $20.04
