Job SummaryWe are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at The Childrens Place. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with purchases.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales goals, including driving sales through effective merchandising and promotions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Clothing store environment.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods.
- Experience: Will train.
- Other Benefits: Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), permanent employment, English language, 8-25 hours per week.
