The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at Michael Kors. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Assist sales associates in determining customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing available tools and technology to engage with customers and promote products.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant retail experience, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Energetic and motivated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technologically savvy, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
