Job Title: Security Officer/Security Supervisor

Job Summary:

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer/Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Officer/Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall success of our gaming and entertainment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage security team members to ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the gaming floor and other areas of the casino to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and employees.
  • Support the overall success of our gaming and entertainment operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
