Job Summary


The Group Sales and Catering Director will be responsible for driving group revenue growth through strategic sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Bid on and close group business opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Lead the sales team to drive group revenue growth
  • Collaborate with event management and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance


Requirements:



  • 4+ years of experience in sales or hospitality management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and events
