Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by increasing bookings and utilization of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase bookings and sales revenue.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Catering to manage sales activities and ensure alignment with hotel objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Catering Team to achieve established sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Catering with recruitment and training of Sales & Catering Team members.
  • Provide sales and marketing support to increase hotel visibility and drive sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement sales reports and metrics to measure sales performance.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven sales and leadership skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate in-town and out-of-town sales calls.
  • Ability to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to pass a basic security clearance and provide a clean driver's abstract annually.
