Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burger King Bolton #25840. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including promoting menu items and managing inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
