Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 14436831 CANADA INC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the needs of our customers.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of our staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Cost Control: Manage our costs effectively to ensure that we are profitable.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions at our restaurant to ensure that they are successful and profitable.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-20 people, depending on the size of our restaurant.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail. You will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, and you must be able to manage a large workload.
