Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burger King Bolton #25840. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Management: Oversee the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Development: Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing cash and completing balance sheets as needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, making adjustments as needed to drive business growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills
