Human Resources and Administrative Assistant, Qualico

Job Overview
As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Qualico, you will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner for the day-to-day administration of recruitment, hiring processes, and delivering excellent customer service to employees. You will also provide administrative support to the Executives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing various Human Resources correspondence, documentation, internal/external communications, and assisting with the preparation and submission of reports for the Executives.
- Supporting the recruitment and hiring process, conducting new employee orientations, and coordinating and maintaining HR programs, training sessions, and activities.
- Assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, including general inquiries, payroll & benefits administration, and HR projects and other initiatives as required.
- Maintaining and updating records in the HRIS system and handling confidential business and personnel information with integrity.
- Acting as a representative of the Executive to liaise with internal/external stakeholders, assisting in developing and refining communication plans, and relaying messages from internal and external sources to the Executives.
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling, and arranging meetings, attending these meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and following up on assigned action items.
- Planning and coordinating various company initiatives and events and assisting with coordinating site visits by external and internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Administrative and/or HR-related experience.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) with advanced abilities working with Microsoft Excel.
