Job Description

As a Game Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other Producers and discipline leads to drive milestones, and creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sprint planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities.
  • Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level.
  • Proactive risk management and mitigation.
  • Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the leadership team.
  • Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency.
  • Managing inter-team dependencies.
  • Providing regular capacity plan updates.
  • Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment.
  • Supporting Agile development in the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of production experience on console products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of production tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
