**Job Description**
  • Be the 'Product Owner' for our GaaS experience: Acquire intimate knowledge of our target player and product goals, the competitive landscape, and partner with design peers to define vision.
  • Partner with our Core Fantasy Design Director to ensure our GaaS goals are met.
  • Build and direct a team to craft the design of our GaaS experience, managing timely generation of design documentation and collaborating with reports to generate design direction documentation.
  • Inspire and align the Studio on your vision for our GaaS experience, passionately presenting visions to the team and sharing design material asynchronously.
  • Mentor and manage your design team, championing our framework for designer responsibilities and contributing to positive morale and a healthy team culture.
  • Drive the evolution of your GaaS experience post-launch, identifying and tracking KPIs to drive continued engagement and acquisition.

**What We Need**

A seasoned Design Director who has a high quality bar and experience in creating profitable, engaging 'games as a service.'

The ideal candidate will have experience directing and delivering profitable and engaging 'GaaS' experiences, leading a design team (5+), directing a sizable development team (20+), and taking on 'Product Owner' responsibilities.

**Estimated Salary**: CAD $132,800 - $196,520 per year.
