Job Title: Yard Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Yard Operations Coordinator to join our team at PRITAM TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of work activities
  • Monitor and coordinate the workloads and locations of personnel
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders and shipments
  • Coordinate the scheduling of assignments and activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Communicate with customers to deliver requested services
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic work setting
  • Proficiency in English language
