About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team at Autodesk in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for working with scrum teams and other stakeholders to create efficient, scalable, plugin-based frameworks for running highly integrated, multi-product web and mobile workflows that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business and technical requirements into workable backlogs through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inspire and motivate scrum teams by painting a vision for short-term and long-term goals while recognizing development progress.
  • IDentify and document detailed satisfaction criteria for User Stories.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring incremental delivery of business value over time.
  • Participate in internal testing and engage with customers to validate deliverables and drive product iteration towards long-term vision.
  • Create demos for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate release plans, project status, and deliverables to stakeholders in both oral and written formats proficiently.
  • Analyze data to measure success and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager on commercial web products.
  • A strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development practices and tooling, as well as a broad knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
  • An active listener with strong interpersonal skills and an open mind to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to present to large audiences and lead group activities.
  • Capacity to prioritize and manage time and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of cloud services, especially backend services, is desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to base salaries, we also offer significant discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
