About the Performance Marketing Lead Role

We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you'll be responsible for achieving rapid customer acquisition growth through digital marketing, SEO, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive scalable pipeline and revenue.
  • Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategy through to execution, staying on top of the newest trends, releases, and algorithm changes.
  • Implement technical marketing strategies, setting up platforms, tools, and operational systems to automate and scale digital strategies.
  • Develop innovative SEO strategies to reach the right targets, capture their interest, and contribute to Float's overall pipeline and growth objectives.
  • Measure, analyze, learn, and iterate on campaign tactics, using data to assess success metrics, goal attainment, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a bachelor's degree.
  • Expert-level in-platform skills and experience owning and being accountable to full-funnel strategies.
  • Motivated by testing and learning, with a 'test and find out' mindset.
  • Curious to understand the 'why' behind every answer, with a combination of quantitative thinking and creativity.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing people and building high-performing teams.
