We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as comprehensive health benefits.

Job Description

This role will involve supervising professional and support staff, recruiting and hiring staff, conducting surveys and analyzing data on consumer buying habits, preparing reports and research papers, and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage professional and support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Recruit, select, and train high-caliber talent to meet business objectives;
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions;
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders;
  • Prepare and present reports, research papers, and educational materials to internal and external audiences;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
