Job Title: Executive Culinary Leader

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Little Turkish Village Dining Lounge as an Executive Culinary Leader. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

We are a unique dining experience offering authentic Turkish cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our chefs take great pride in their work, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for food and hospitality.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:
The Executive Culinary Leader will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard
• Developing and implementing new menu ideas and recipes
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Working closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently
• Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods
