Retail Store Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Head to join our team at DL Pharmacy Incorporated. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Financial Management
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Language
- Fluent in English
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a retail business setting.
