We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Team Leader. This role is responsible for driving the performance of our account executives in London.

Your Role
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of openness and adaptability.
- Fostering an environment where continuous improvement is embraced, and team members feel motivated to evolve.
- Pinpointing individual strengths and areas for growth and providing guidance to ensure each team member not only reaches but surpasses their set targets.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new account executives by leading training sessions, providing coaching, answering questions, and acting as a trusted source of information.
- Developing and setting clear processes for the team to follow, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Establishing clear activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team's performance, productivity, and overall progress.
- Providing feedback to team members based on metric reviews, celebrating successes and addressing performance gaps constructively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B inside sales.
- Experience leading sales teams catering to small and medium businesses, preferably selling SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with multi-channel sales teams employing methods of outreach including phone, e-mail, and virtual meetings, with a focus on product demonstrations.
- A proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. You can deliver results under pressure.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for inspiring others and driving results.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
