Key Responsibilities:- Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make decisions autonomously to resolve complex automobile Accident Benefit claims.
- Collaborate with clients, physicians, treatment providers, employers, and rehabilitation workers to develop, approve, implement, and monitor case management plans.
- Manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team.
- Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.
- Three years of claims or related business experience.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or Rehab designation.
- Provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.
