About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its strategic objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including members, partners, and sponsors.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff and department heads.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the association, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the association in various forums, including conferences, meetings, and media events.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with members, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic counsel to the board of directors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or non-profit management.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or association setting.

    • Strategic thinking and planning.
    • Leadership and management skills.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial management and budgeting skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
