About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and management of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the association's strategic plan, aligning it with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the association, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Financial Management: Manage the association's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Lead and develop the association's staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their goals.
  • External Relations: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, partners, and the wider community.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring the association's message is conveyed clearly and consistently.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in an association or non-profit organization.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a related field.
