Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central Payroll solutions to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
  • Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
  • Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented.
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
  • Candidates MUST be CERTIFIED in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with production incident management process.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
  • Experience in Cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors.
  • At least 8 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM.
  • Has experience with at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
