About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Cochrane Toyota. As the primary contact with our service guests, you will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their needs, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, and recommend necessary maintenance
  • Generate repair orders based on guest workflow and additional information provided during check-in
  • Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required
  • Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicle's service
  • Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery
  • Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders
  • Answer customer requests with the highest level of response and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager, or service consultant
  • Highly energetic personality
  • Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
