Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet our guests in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, and recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Generate repair orders based on guest workflow and any additional information provided during check-in.
  • Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicle's service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
  • Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
  • Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
  • Answer phone calls and emails to address any customer requests with the highest level of response and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of past experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager, or service consultant.
  • Very energetic personality.
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
