Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Best Truck Service.

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when visiting our service department. This includes greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and providing information about our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience when visiting our service department.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our services and products.
  • Greet customers, welcome them to our service department, and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Process customer payments and handle any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our service technicians to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, including customer feedback and complaints.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining our service department's appearance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
